Since 1986 Keith has worked exclusively as a commercial real estate advisor to tenants and buyers, well before the coining of the term “Tenant Representative”. He felt that to work one side of the equation was the ethical thing to do, as opposed to brokerage firms that create numerous conflicts of interest by representing both landlords and tenants while owning and or managing properties. 

Every company has unique needs which usually do not align with the landlord's. Keith was not comfortable with the potential conflict that was created by working both sides, and the resulting level of service that he could give, and so made the decision to make the company conflict free.

Keith is a co-founder and six year Member of the Board of ATR (Alliance of Tenant Representatives), the leading national organization of tenant rep firms that advise clients with leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate to their best advantage. He is concerned with sustainability and is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Associated Professional).

Keith graduated with honors from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associates in Accounting, and has lived in Needham for over 20 years.
